Description

Metal and plastic zipper pulls make noise, get bound up, and can be difficult to manipulate while wearing gloves. 

We think that replacing them with positive locking cord is the best way to get a durable, easy to manipulate zipper pull that won't make any noise.

Each Zipper Silencer is 9" long with the ends melted and flattened to enable easy threading. 

Once they're threaded through the zipper, tie an overhand knot with the two running ends and you'll be good to go.

Don’t be a clanker

This is an often over looked thing on our kits, we spend money on all of the pouches and things to make it comfortable but we don’t realize that the metal zippers create a lot of noise whether you’re moving or not. I replaced all of the metal zippers on my plate carrier with the zipper silencers and my plate carrier didn’t have anything creating extra noise. In addition I find the zipper silencers to be easier to open rather than the traditional metal zippers that are often small (on top of rattling around like you’re in a tin shop)

They work

These are easy to grab and they don't get stuck in the zipper, which was my biggest issue before. Pretty simple and nothing game changing, but well worth it.
